Casa de la Vila (Town Hall)
The town hall was built in 1927
In 1885, the town acquired a plot of land on the Carrer de Salvador Lluch from the Lluch family for the purpose of building the town hall. It was completed in 1927.
The building stands on a street corner and has a long faēade overlooking Carrer del Centre. Its eclectic architecture emphasises its public function. Of particular note is the main door, flanked by Doric-influenced fluted pillars, and the long first-floor balcony with a circular section that frames the door. The most notable interior elements are the large foyer and the imperial staircase.
