This is one of the oldest streets in Gavą. By the mid-19th century it had 13 houses, a number that gradually increased with the urbanisation of the lands owned by the Lluch family.
Of particular note are the eclectically designed two-storey houses, with doors and windows consisting of lowered arches. Nowadays, the area is a mix of new and old buildings and is listed as part of the catalogue of Gavą heritage
