This stately building is home to the Gavà Museum

This listed building, in Carrer Salvador Lluch near the Plaça de Dolors Clua, dating from 1799, is now home to the Gavà Museum. Can Lluc is a stately building that mixes neoclassical inspiration with the structure of a typical Catalan farmhouse and Baroque elements, such as the vases crowning the ends of the railings.

The façades are symmetrical and engraved, and covered arcades, made up of a series of pointed arches, line three sides of the building. Gardens were planted around Can Lluc in the 19th century, which were made into a town park in 1975.
