Companies from around the world present their work at the Gavà Puppet Festival

The Gavà Festival Internacional de Titelles, which gets bigger year after year, is one of the most highly anticipated events by all Gavanencs, and not just the youngest ones. The event, organised by Gavà town council and the Fundació Xarxa d’Espectacles, is a festival firmly rooted in the town and is a major event on the international puppet theatre circuit.

Twenty companies from Catalonia, Spain and around the world meet at the festival, held over the first fortnight in May.
The festival includes performances on the various stages, together with exhibitions, workshops and a handicraft market, creating a magical, festival atmosphere for people of all ages.
